  • Ladendetektiv / Kaufhausdetektiv (m/w/d)
  • Einsatzort: zwei feste Einzelhandels-Objekte im Raum Kiel/Eckernförde
  • Teilzeit, ca. 90 Std./Monat, Beginn ab sofort

Die Staffsec Solution GmbH ist ein familiengeführtes Sicherheits- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit Sitz in Schleswig-Holstein. Mit über 150 Mitarbeitenden sind wir in Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Bremen und Berlin im Einsatz. Neben Sicherheits- und Logistikleistungen übernehmen wir auch medizinische Absicherungen auf Baustellen und Veranstaltungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verdeckte Beobachtung im Verkaufsraum in ziviler Kleidung
  • Ansprache und Anhalten von Ladendieben, Übergabe an die Polizei
  • Gerichtsfeste Dokumentation der Vorfälle (Aufgriffsbericht, Vorbereitung des Strafantrags)
  • Enge Abstimmung mit der Marktleitung, Hinweise zur Diebstahlprävention

Ihr Profil

  • Sachkundeprüfung nach § 34a GewO (für die Detektivtätigkeit gesetzlich erforderlich)
  • Eintragungsfreies Führungszeugnis
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (Berichte, Polizeikontakt)
  • Sicheres, ruhiges und deeskalierendes Auftreten; Erfahrung als Laden- oder Kaufhausdetektiv von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil (zwei Einsatzorte)
