  • º Bearbeitung und Organisation von Versandaufträgen
  • º Erstellung und Prüfung von Versanddokumenten
  • º Koordination der Warenlieferungen und Abstimmung mit Speditionen
  • º Kontrolle der Warenverfügbarkeit und Versandtermine
  • º Erfassung und Pflege von Daten im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • º Kommunikation mit Kunden, Speditionen, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
  • º Überwachung des Versandablaufs und Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Lieferung
  • Sie verfügen über folgende Qualifikationen und Eigenschaften:
  • º abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • º strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • º Bereitschaft für Überstunden
  • º Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten
  • º Firmenloyalität und unternehmerisches Denken
  • º sehr gute Computerkenntnisse
  • º Ernsthaftigkeit
  • º Verlässlichkeit
  • º Genauigkeit auch unter Stress

  • Was wir bieten:

Es handelt sich um ein Vollzeit-Dienstverhältnis (40 Stunden). Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle beträgt EURO 2.315,46 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung in der Verwendungsgruppe II nach 4 Verwendungsgruppenjahren. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation, Vordienstzeiten und Berufserfahrung.
