  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung und Vertretung der Marktleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung unseres Teams
  • Sicherstellung von Warenverfügbarkeit, Warenpräsentation, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Unterstützung bei Personaleinsatzplanung, Warenannahme und Inventuren
  • Aktives Arbeiten auf der Verkaufsfläche und Vorbildfunktion für das Team
  • Mitverantwortung für die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung des Marktes
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Mindestvoraussetzungen:
  • mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Handel
  • mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke
  • strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • kaufmännisches Verständnis und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und Samstagsarbeit, im Rahmen der Öffnungszeiten
