Für unseren Standort in Bersteland suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Betreuung des Betriebsgeländes, unseres Lagers, die Mithilfe bei der Schadstoffsanierung und bei Bedarf Einsatz auf unseren Sanierungsbaustellen in Berlin.

Der Aufgabenbereich umfasst im Wesentlichen:

  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Struktur im Lager
  • Verwaltung, Pflege und Ausgabe von Geräten und Arbeitsmitteln/Baumaterialen im Lager für die Baustellen.
  • Wartung und Dokumentation von Ereignissen (Entsorgungsanlage)
  • Gartentätigkeiten auf dem Betriebsgelände durchführen
  • Körperliche Arbeit unter Vollschutz (Maske und Schutzanzug, TRGS 519/TRGS 521) bei Bedarf im Schwarzbereich der Halle durchführen
  • Wartung von elektrischen Geräten und Werkzeugen, kleinere Reparaturen an Geräte durchführen
  • Bürotätigkeiten im Rahmen einer Vertretung durchführen
  • Bei Bedarf Mitarbeit auf unseren Berliner Baustellen

Ergänzend:

  • Erfahrungen im Bau- oder Handwerksbereich – gerne auch als Quereinsteiger mit handwerklichem Geschick
  • Kenntnisse von Bauwerkzeugen und Baumaschinen aller Art (idealerweise)
  • Führen von Kraftfahrzeuge der Klasse B (idealerweise)

Eine zuverlässige, teamfähige und engagierte Arbeitsweise setzen wir voraus.
