Lagerhelfer (m/w/d)

Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Kunden motivierte Lagerhelfer (m/w/d).

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kommissionierung von Aufträgen mittels Pick-by-Voice-System (Kommunikation per Headset)
  • Zusammenstellung der Waren im Lager mit Flurförderzeugen
  • Vorausschauendes Packen zur einfachen Handhabung der Warenpakete
  • Gewährleistung der Transportsicherheit
  • Allgemeine Lagertätigkeiten

### Das bringen Sie mit

  • Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) sind herzlich willkommen
  • Besitz eines Flurförderscheins (Staplerschein); der Erwerb kann bei Bedarf organisiert werden
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Lager von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Waren
  • Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft

### Freuen Sie sich auf

  • Vergütung von 14,96 € pro Stunde
  • 18,33 € pro Stunde in der Nachtschicht
  • 50 % Sonntagszuschlag und 100 % Feiertagszuschlag
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld
  • Intensive und bezahlte Einarbeitung
  • Wechselschicht an 5 Tagen (Montag bis Sonntag):
  • 06:00 – 14:00 Uhr
  • 14:00 – 22:00 Uhr
  • 22:00 – 06:00 Uhr
  • Alternativ Dauerspätschicht ab 15:30 Uhr
  • Gute Verkehrsanbindung
  • Kurze und einfache Kommunikationswege
  • Eigener Spind
  • Bereitstellung von Arbeitskleidung und Sicherheitsschuhen
  • Cafeteria und Raucherbereiche
  • Angenehmes Arbeitsklima
  • Intensive Betreuung und Beratung durch unser Team
