Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Lagerorganisation & Verwaltung
  • Annahme, Kontrolle und Verbuchung von Wareneingängen
  • Bestandsführung und Lagerverwaltung im ERP-System
  • Ausgabe von Ersatzteilen, Werkzeugen und PSA
  • Regelmäßige Inventuren und Stammdatenpflege
  • Technische Unterstützung & Instandhaltung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Zustandskontrolle
  • Schadensmeldungen und Koordination mit der Instandhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei der Ersatzteil- und Verschleißorganisation
  • Einkauf & Betriebsbedarf
  • Eigenständige Verwaltung und Bestellung von Betriebs- und
  • Verbrauchsmaterialien (z. B. C-Teile, Schmierstoffe, PSA. etc.)
  • Operative Zusatzaufgaben
  • Dokumentation und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf und Instandhaltung
  • Mitwirken im Aufbau eines Ligensystems mit Hilfe des ERP-Systems

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene logistische Ausbildung, z. B. Fachlagerist (m/w/d),
  • Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Technisches Grundverständnis
  • Erfahrung in der Bestellung und Verwaltung von Betriebsmitteln von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft Kununu-Score / BS Mönke GmbH:
