Tätigkeiten der Rolle Lagerleiter

  • Aufgabenverteilung und Führung des Teams
  • Planung und Bearbeitung von Transporttouren, Versand- und Begleitpapieren, Zollabwicklung, Erstellung von Versandaufzeichnungen.
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Lagerabläufe und Prozesse sowie die Optimierung des Lagerplatzes und der Materialflüsse.
  • Aufgabenverteilung und optimale Personaleinsatzplanung an Wochenenden und Notdiensten
  • Koordination mit Projektleitern und Lagermitarbeitern
  • Lagerrunden mit dem Einkauf und dem Program Manager
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter, Erstellen von Einarbeitungsplänen

Kernaufgaben:

  • Personalmanagement
  • Organisation des gesamten Lagerbetriebs
  • Versand und Zollabwicklung
  • Bestandsverwaltung und Optimierung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften
