  • Führungserfahrung oder ausgeprägte Bereitschaft, ein Team zu leiten
  • Organisationsgeschick, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Idealerweise:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft, Handwerk oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Lagerwesen, idealerweise im Messe-, Event- oder Projektgeschäft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Flurförderzeugen/Gabelstaplern
  • Handwerkliches Verständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Werkzeugen und Montagematerial
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Führerschein Klasse B, weitere Klassen von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und eine pragmatische Lösungsorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Lager- und Bestandslisten

  • Führung und Koordination des Lagerteams
  • Verantwortung für Materialfluss, Bestände und Inventuren
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Lagerprozesse und termingerechter Bereitstellung für unsere Messeprojekte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Einkauf und Montageteams
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Ordnungsstandards
