Lagerleiter /Warehousemanager (w/m/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Steuerung und Verantwortung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts im Lager
- Analyse, Optimierung und Standardisierung logistischer Prozesse
- Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Gesetzen und Vorschriften unter Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Produktivitäts- und Prozessvorgaben
- Fachliche Führung und Motivation des Lagerteams
- Durchführung der permanenten Inventur und sicherstellen korrekter Bestände
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem General Manager und dem Lagerleiter Weinstadt
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Logistik
- Schulung der Mitarbeiter im Lagerbereich
Was Sie auszeichnet:
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Logistik oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Sichere SAP-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Serviceorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Flexibilität und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Starker Teamgedanke und soziale Kompetenz
- Körperliche Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
