# Lagerleiter (m/w/d)

  • Standort: Rödermark
  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche)

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Steuerung und Kontrolle sämtlicher Abläufe im Warenausgang
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und korrekten Bereitstellung der Waren
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Erstellung und Koordination der Einsatz- und Schichtplanung
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Prozessvorgaben
  • Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Logistik, Produktion und Versand

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Logistik (z. B. Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder Fachlagerist m/w/d) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Warenausgang
  • Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und klare Kommunikationsstärke
