IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Übernahme der fachlichen und organisatorischen Führung eines kleinen Teams mit derzeit einem direkten Mitarbeitenden
  • Organisation und Durchführen eines reibungslosen Logistikablaufs
  • Prüfen, planen und optimieren der Lagereffizienz
  • Überwachung des Lagerbestandes sowie Lagerbestandsplanung und Organisation
  • Umsetzung und Einhaltung aller arbeitssicherheitstechnischen Vorgaben und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und deren Weiterentwicklung
  • Kommissionieren und Verpacken der Produkte nach Kundenaufträgen
  • Organisation und Leitung von Inventuren
  • Bedarfsmeldung von Verpackungsmaterial oder anderen Utensilien die zur Durchführung eines ordnungsgemäßen Ablaufs benötigt werden
  • Überwachung und Steuerung aller Waren- und Materialbewegungen
  • Beauftragen von Spediteuren, Bearbeiten von Retouren
  • Übernahme von Sonderprojekten

IHRE QUALIFIKATION:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Fachkraft Lagerlogistik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lagerwirtschaft
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungswesen, Distributionsmaßnahmen und Kalkulation
  • Sichere PC-Kenntnisse (Warenwirtschaftssystem, Word, Mailprogramm) sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
