  • Du führst fachlich die Mitarbeitenden in den Bereichen Kommissionierung, Verladung und Warenannahme in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Logistikleitung
  • Du planst, steuerst und kontrollierst die operative Kommissionierung und Verladung
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zu den Fachabteilungen Einkauf, Vertriebsinnendienst, Tourenplanung und Vertrieb
  • Du verantwortest die flexible und effiziente Einsatz- und Urlaubsplanung für dein Team
  • Du planst und führst die jährlichen Mitarbeitendengespräche durch
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen, Betriebsanweisungen, Vorgaben zur ISO-Zertifizierung sowie Unfallverhütungsvorschriften sicher und überwachst diese
  • Du achtest auf die Einhaltung rechtlicher Vorschriften, insbesondere im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
  • Du sorgst für Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Lager und kontrollierst deren Einhaltung
  • Eine kaufmännische oder gewerbliche Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse der Prozesse in der Lagerlogistik
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen
  • Eine ausgeprägte Affinität zur Logistik sowie Freude an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
  • Ein sicheres, verbindliches und kommunikatives Auftreten
