Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das Aufgabengebiet

Lagermitarbeiter (m/w/d) im IT-Umfeld

JOBPROFIL - ID 11587

AUFGABEN

  • Unterstützung des Support-Teams bei unserem Großkunden vor Ort
  • Warenmanagement im Bereich IT-Hardware
  • Vorbereitung und Staging von Hardware einschließlich Asset-Management
  • Durchführung von IMAC-Leistungen (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete)
  • Versand, Bereitstellung und Retourenmanagement
  • Serviceeinsätze in den Bereichen Client Workplace, Drucker, mobile Endgeräte und Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Pflege und Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten in Ticketsystemen und Kundendatenbanken

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in Ersatzteillogistik oder kaufmännisch-technischem Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Hardware und Peripheriegeräten
  • Kenntnisse in aktuellen Microsoft-Produkten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kundenfreundliche und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und zuverlässiges Auftreten
