📦 Verstärkung gesucht: Lagermitarbeiter Retouren & Reklamation (m/w/d)

Für unser Lager in Kenzingen suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung im Bereich Retouren und Reklamation für unseren wachsenden Onlinehandel mit Sanitärprodukten.

🛠️ Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Annahme und Auspacken von Kundenretouren
  • Prüfung der Ware auf Vollständigkeit, Beschädigungen und Wiederverkaufsfähigkeit
  • Fotodokumentation von Transport- und Produktschäden
  • Erfassung der Retouren im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Wiedereinlagerung einwandfreier Ware sowie Aussortieren beschädigter Artikel
  • Vorbereitung von Rücksendungen an Hersteller und Lieferanten
  • Enge Abstimmung mit unserem Kundenservice und der Reklamationsabteilung

✅ Das bringst du mit:

  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Lager, Retourenmanagement oder Wareneingang (kein Muss)
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und ein Auge für Details
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC oder die Bereitschaft, es zu lernen
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Technisches Verständnis für Sanitärprodukte von Vorteil
