Lamination

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lamination Tech r emoves all air from wet glass using a brush and/ or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• •Performs p attern cutting and rolling fiberglass .
• •Proper ly use s resin and putty .
• •Install s boxes, foam tanks and stringers
• •Grinds out small imperfections
• •Performs g eneral housekeeping .
• •ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• •A bility to work with a team
• •Able to use drills and hand sander
• •Able to follow instructions
