Lamination Technician

Description

At Freeman Boatworks, we build high-performance, premium catamaran fishing boats and take pride in the craftsmanship behind every build. We’re looking for a Lamination Technician to join our team and support the composite manufacturing process from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• •Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
• •Trim, assemble, and finish composite components
• •Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• •Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• •Document work per company guidelines
• •Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• •Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready
• •Take direction from team leads and support overall production goals
• •Work collaboratively with your team to meet deadlines and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• •High school diploma or GED preferred
• •Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• •Dependable, on-time, and consistent attendance
• •Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• •Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• •Standing and walking for 8+ hours per day
• •Frequent bending, lifting, and twisting
• •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• •Exposure to a non-climate-controlled environment
