Die Firma Hermann Schmelzer Maschinenfabrik ist ein europaweit tätiges Unternehmen, das über 85 Jahren besteht und sich seit Mitte der fünfziger Jahre mit Friedhofstechnik beschäftigt.Das Hauptprodukt ist der Grabbagger, der in 4 verschiedenen Modellen im Werk Neustadt an der Aisch produziert wird. Neben den Grabbaggern produzieren wir noch ein kleines Mehrzweckfahrzeug für den Friedhof. Aktuell sind ca. 12 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Teamarbeit und die Weitergabe von Erfahrungen an jüngere Mitarbeiter/innen schaffen ein interessantes und vielfältiges Arbeitsumfeld.

### Wir suchen

zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Mitarbeiter:in (m/w/d) mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Baumaschinenmechaniker (m/w/d), Landmaschinenmechaniker(m/w/d) oder Fertigungsmechaniker(m/w/d) oder ähnliche Qualifikation.
  • Grundkenntnissen im Bereich der Mobilhydraulik und Elektrik.
  • Grundkenntnisse im MAG Schweißen.
  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden.
  • Selbstständiges und verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges Durchführen von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten unserer Friedhofsbagger und Spezialfahrzeuge im Innen- und Außendienst.
  • Durchführung von Sachkundigen-Prüfungen nach UVV.
  • Selbstständige Organisation Ihres Kundendienstfahrzeugs und Arbeitsplatzes im Innendienst.
  • Einsatzgebiet Deutschland. Im Außendienst sind Sie maximal an 2 Tagen pro Woche unterwegs.
