Wir suchen ab sofort einen Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker (m/w/d) mit der Perspektive zur Teamleitung

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Planung und Durchführung der Montage von mechanischen, elektrischen und hydraulischen Systemen von Baumaschinen
  • Planung und Durchführung der Aus- und Fortbildung des Montagepersonals zur Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Qualifikationen
  • Inbetriebnahme von Neu-Fahrzeugen
  • Ansprechpartner für Arbeitsvorbereitung

DEIN PROFIL

  • abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Ausbildung, z.B. Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker, Industriemechaniker o.Ä.
  • erste Führungserfahrung und Meister / Techniker von Vorteil
  • eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-System wünschenswert
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude an der Gestaltung perfekter Abläufe
