Landscape Crew Member- Mowing

Job Description

Green View is a family-owned landscaping company in Central Illinois, running since 1955. We're hiring a Mowing Crew Member to help keep lawns at homes and businesses looking sharp. You'll work alongside a Foreman who will train you and lead the crew.

What you'll do:

Mow, edge, blow, prune, and control weeds on residential and commercial properties

Operate zero-turn, ride-on, stand-on, and push mowers, string trimmers, blowers, edgers, and hedge trimmers

Follow your Foreman's direction on daily routes, workflow, and quality standards

Help inspect and maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures

Keep job sites clean and leave every property looking its best

Be courteous and professional around clients and their property

Help with snow removal in winter

What you need:

Lawn or grounds maintenance experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person

Reliable, on time, and willing to learn

Works well as part of a team and takes pride in quality work

Valid driver's license preferred

Able to lift 50–75 lbs and work outside in all weather

Available for snow operations as needed
