• The Fine Gardening Team Leader performs a wide variety of landscape and maintenance tasks related to residential and commercial properties, with a focus on crew supervision. This role is expected to work independently as well as within a team environment, with some customer interaction.

• Responsibilities

Actively lead with a positive attitude

Maintain a culture of safety

Supervise all maintenance care service activities of the crew

Ensure customer satisfaction

Keep daily projects on schedule

Be a team player who pitches in where needed

Desired Qualifications

Knowledgeable in horticulture

Possess a valid Driver's License

Maintain qualifying MVR for company auto insurance

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

1+ years of supervisory experience

Must be willing to apply herbicides

Test for CAT3 certification within first 60 days of employment

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Environmental Requirements

Must be able to work in many weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, snow, etc
