What You'll Do

As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing a landscape maintenance crew and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service every day.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating a landscape maintenance crew

Managing daily routes and job assignments

Ensuring quality standards are met on every property

Training and developing crew members

Operating trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment safely

Communicating professionally with clients and supervisors

Maintaining equipment and reporting repair needs

Enforcing company safety standards

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year experience as a Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor in landscape maintenance

Valid North Carolina Driver's License

Strong leadership and communication skills

Dependable, professional, and accountable

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to manage time and prioritize daily tasks

Experience operating commercial landscape equipment

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday

Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and commercial landscape equipment

Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment

Ability to work around heavy equipment and vehicles safely

Excellent stamina and physical endurance

Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
