Landschaftsarchitekt/in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Koordination und Leitung von Unterhalts-, Instandsetzungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen in
  • öffentlichen Grünanlagen
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Pflege- und Bauprojekten
  • Schadensbearbeitung und Wertermittlung von Gehölzen
  • Betreuung und Koordination verschiedener Fachsparten im Grünflächenbereich
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Veranstaltungen in Grünanlagen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Grünflächen- und Bestandsdatenbanken
  • Sicherstellung des Betriebs und Unterhalts öffentlicher Grünflächen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Landschaftsarchitektur, Landespflege, Landschaftsbau/-management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bau, Unterhalt und Betrieb kommunaler Grünflächen
  • Kenntnisse im Grünflächenmanagement sowie im Bau- und Vergaberecht
  • Grundkenntnisse im Haushaltsrecht sowie in der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Fach- und Bürosoftware (MS Office, AVA, SAP, GIS)
  • Verständnis für Betrieb und Verkehrssicherung öffentlicher Grünanlagen
  • Gute – sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
