Für ein Unternehmen in Niederkassel suchen wir in der Personalvermittlung einen Geschäftsführer (m/w/d).

Tätigkeiten:

· Operative und strategische Leitung der Mitarbeitenden

· Vertragsmanagement

· Digitalisierung der kaufmännischen Prozesse

· Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse

· Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Geschäftskunden und Mitarbeitenden

Ihr Profil:

· Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Landschaftsarchitektur/Bauingenieurwesen/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

· Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen, Tief-, Straßen- oder Landschaftsbau zwingend erforderlich

· Fundierte Kenntnisse in der strategischen Unternehmensführung und operativen Steuerung

· Erfahrung in der Vertragsgestaltung und -verhandlung im Bauwesen

· Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken

· Führungserfahrung

· Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
