What You'll Be Doing

• •Manage and coordinate transport and logistics activities for our customers.
• •Monitor shipments and ensure timely execution across the supply chain.
• •Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving operational inquiries.
• •Collaborate with internal stakeholders for our customers' success.
• •Handle shipping documentation and ensure data accuracy in operational systems.
• •Identify and proactively resolve shipment disruptions.
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• •Build strong customer relationships and contribute to service excellence.

What We're Looking For

• •Studies in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation, or customer service. Any work related experience in the same field will be an advantage.
• •Fluency in English and the local language (written and spoken).
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
• •Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• •Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
