Der Betriebshilfsdienst und Maschinenring Steinfurt-Bentheim e.V. , 1964 gegründet, bietet zuverlässige Unterstützung für Landwirte in der Region. Mit über 50 engagierten Landwirten für Hof- und Betriebsmanagement (m/w/d) und mehr als 70.000 Einsatzstunden stehen wir unseren Mitgliedern in arbeitsintensiven Phasen und sozialen Notlagen zur Seite. Unser Ziel ist es, landwirtschaftliche Betriebe zu optimieren, Kosten zu senken und die Arbeitsbedingungen zu verbessern. Als größter Betriebshilfsdienst in Westfalen-Lippe fördern wir eine starke Gemeinschaft und setzen uns für die Zukunft der Landwirtschaft ein.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt im Kreis Steinfurt, Grafschaft Bentheim und im südlichen Emsland einen:

Landwirt für Hof- und Betriebsmanagement (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit (Hofmanager)

Deine Aufgaben:

• •Du bist ein Allrounder: du übernimmst die Verantwortung, die landwirtschaftlichen Betriebe in Notsituationen weiterzuführen
• •Du gestaltest aktiv mit: von der Versorgung der Tiere bis hin bis zur Bewirtschaftung der Felder

Damit beeindruckst du uns:

• •Du hast eine landwirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder ein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen
• •Alternativ konntest du mindestens vier Jahre Erfahrung (in Vollzeit) auf deutschen landwirtschaftlichen Bertrieben sammeln
• •Du bist ein positiver Hands-On Typ und eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich
• •Du behältst in einem dynamischen Umfeld stets die Ruhe und bleibst auch unter Stress ruhig und besonnen
• •Du besitzt den Führerschein der Klasse B und T

### Farmer – Farm and Operations Management (m/f/d)

### Your Responsibilities

• •You are a versatile professional, taking responsibility for maintaining and operating agricultural businesses in emergency and critical situations.
• •You actively contribute to day-to-day operations, ranging from livestock care to crop and field management.

### Your Profile

• •You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree in agriculture.
• •Alternatively, you have at least four years of full-time professional experience on agricultural farms in Germany.
• •You are a positive, hands-on individual with an independent, structured approach to work.
• •You remain calm, focused, and resilient in a dynamic and demanding environment.
• •You hold a valid Class B and T driving license.
