Wir sind ein landwirtschaftliches Familienunternehmen, das Spargel und Erdbeeren produziert sowie normalen Ackerbau betreibt. Keine Tierhaltung.

Wir bieten eine Festanstellung mit einer 5-Tage-Woche.

Urlaub ist nach Absprache mit anderen Mitarbeitern fast immer möglich.

Grundvoraussetzung ist ein Treckerführerschein Klasse T sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen.

Sollte die Sachkunde für die Ausbringung von PS-Mitteln vorliegen, wäre das ein großer Vorteil.

Eine landwirtschaftliche Ausbildung wäre schön, ist aber nicht zwingend notwendig.

Quereinsteiger sind willkommen.

Die Aufgaben umfassen, je nach Qualifikation, sämtliche ackerbaulichen Arbeiten von Bodenbearbeitung, Düngung und Pflanzenschutz bis hin zu allen anfallenden Arbeiten in den Sonderkulturen Spargel und Erdbeeren.
