*Landwirtschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)*

Stellenbeschreibung: 

Als landwirtschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Zuchtstation der Norika GmbH übernehmen Sie als Teil eines kleinen, gut organisierten Teams vielfältige und abwechslungsreiche Arbeiten des praktischen Versuchswesens und der Kartoffelproduktion.

Ihre Aufgabenbereiche:

Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung in unser Team lauten Schwerpunkte Ihrer Aufgaben:

  • Mithilfe bei der Anlage der Versuchsflächen und -parzellen
  • Pflanzung der Versuchsflächen und -parzellen
  • Betreuung der Kartoffelbestände in der Vegetation (Selektion und Pflege)
  • Mithilfe in der Kartoffelernte
  • Praktische Auswertung von Parzellenversuchen
  • Mitarbeit im Gewächshaus und in der Versuchsküche
  • Unterstützung bei der Aufbereitung und dem Versand von Versuchsmaterial

Wir bieten Ihnen:

Nach Beendigung der sechsmonatigen Probezeit bieten wir Ihnen:

  • Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten im Feld, Versuchsküche, Gewächs- und Lagerhaus
  • Arbeiten in einem Team mit gutem Betriebsklima
  • Unbefristete Vollzeitstelle (40 Wochenstunden)
  • Vollzeitbeschäftigung auch in den Wintermonaten

Sie sollten Folgendes mitbringen:

  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Angemessene körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Wünschenswert wäre eine Ausbildung im landwirtschaftlichen Bereich und ein Führerschein der Klasse B+T, sowie ein Staplerschein
