Wir sind ein moderner Ackerbaubetrieb im nördlichen Schleswig-Holstein, in Rieseby bei Eckernförde. Mit moderner Technik und einem eingespielten Team bewirtschaften wir unseren voll arrondierten Betrieb mit einer Fläche von ca. 1.000 ha. Im Anbau befinden sich Weizen, Gerste, Raps, Mais und Zuckerrüben.

Wen suchen wir:

Einen engagierten und motivierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) zur Ergänzung unseres Teams in Vollzeit. Die Aufgaben umfassen das selbstständige Ausführen aller Arbeiten auf Feld und Hof, mit dem Schwerpunkt Düngung und Bodenbearbeitung.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Landwirt (m/w/d) oder in einem technischen Bereich (Quereinstieg möglich)
  • Besitz Führerscheinklassen B und T (C1, C1E & CE wünschenswert)
  • Verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit landwirtschaftlicher Großtechnik
  • Eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Selbstständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
