## Aufgaben

  • Erstellen von CNC‑Laserprogrammen für Blech- und Metallzuschnitte
  • Bedienen und Einrichten von Laserschneidanlagen (z. B. Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada – je nach Ausstattung)
  • Optimieren von Schneidparametern hinsichtlich Qualität, Geschwindigkeit und Materialausnutzung
  • Erstellen und Pflegen von Nesting‑Plänen zur effizienten Materialverwendung
  • Einlesen und Bearbeiten von CAD‑Daten (DXF, STEP, DWG)
  • Überwachung des Schneidprozesses und Sicherstellung der Maßhaltigkeit
  • Durchführen kleinerer Wartungs- und Rüsttätigkeiten an der Laseranlage
  • Dokumentation der Fertigungsdaten und Rückmeldung an Arbeitsvorbereitung / Konstruktion

## Anforderungen / Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konstruktionsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Zerspaner, Metallbauer oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Programmieren von Laserschneidanlagen (2D‑Laser)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD‑Software und Programmiertools für Laseranlagen
  • Kenntnisse in Blechbearbeitung , Materialeigenschaften und Schneidtechnologien
  • Technisches Zeichnungslesen auf hohem Niveau
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

  • Erfahrung mit Materialstärken von 1–20 mm (typisch Maschinenbau)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitsvorbereitung, Konstruktion und Schweißerei
