• Job Summary
• •This role is responsible for managing Market oriented planning activities for LATAM or a cluster under LATAM for personal systems, ensuring the business goals and KPI's are achieved, the role requires interaction with multiple areas / functions in the end to end, such as Market category, Customer Ops, Logistics, Finance, Division Fulfillment and Global teams.

• Responsibilities
• •Attainment execution for Market Share and Revenue
• •Demand / Supply match for DC orders
• •Inventory management (HOI and Aged)
• •Supply Chain cost control
• •Executes with speed and predictability based on TCE (Total Customer Experience) targets
• •Coordinates and leads weekly meetings with market category to ensure actions are clear and aligned
• •Contributes to priority projects with complex analysis and assists in developing recommendations.
• •Coordinates / Aligns end to end execution with different areas depending on the stage of the order.
• •Ensures open backlog is healthy

• Education & Experience Recommended
• •Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• •Degree in administration or engineering

• Preferred Certifications
• •Yellow / Green belt preferably
• •PMP / Black belt nice to have
