Haymark ist ein traditionsbewusstes Unternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf der Herstellung von hochwertigem Lavash. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n erfahrene/n Bäcker/in mit praktischer Erfahrung in der Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Lavash.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Herstellung von Lavash nach unseren Qualitäts- und Produktionsstandards
  • Vorbereitung und Verarbeitung der Teige
  • Bedienung und Überwachung der Produktions- und Backanlagen
  • Kontrolle der Backqualität und der Produkte
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Produktionsprozessen

## Ihr Profil

Wir suchen Bewerber/innen mit praktischer Erfahrung im Lavash-Backen.

  • Berufserfahrung als Bäcker/in oder in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsbereich
  • Erfahrung in der Herstellung und im Backen von Lavash ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Teigen und Backprozessen
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
