Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Lawyer or Associate to join our Corporate & Commercial team in Brisbane working with Brad Vinning .

About you

• •You will have 1 - 3 years' PQE, or be recently admitted with relevant pre-admission experience gained in a corporate, commercial or transactional practice.
• •An interest in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and private capital work, with a desire to develop your expertise in these areas.
• •Strong drafting, analytical and attention-to-detail skills, together with a proactive and commercial approach.
• •Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships with clients and colleagues.
• •A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm to learn from experienced practitioners while contributing to a supportive team culture.
