Lead Agentic & Automation Architect

We are seeking highly experienced Agentic & Automation Architects to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI-powered automation solutions. This role will define the technical strategy, architecture standards, governance controls, and reference designs for autonomous operations platforms leveraging Agentic AI, AI Agents, Ansible, Power Platform, Python automation, and cloud-native technologies.

These individuals will serve as technical leaders responsible for converting complex operational challenges into scalable automation and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy

Define target-state architecture for enterprise automation and Agentic AI platforms.

Design reusable automation frameworks and shared services.

Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.

Lead technology evaluations and platform selection activities.

Agentic AI Design

Design single-agent and multi-agent architectures.

Develop orchestration patterns utilizing AI Agents.

Design retrieval augmented generation (RAG) solutions.

Establish prompt engineering and context engineering standards.

Define human-in-the-loop requirements and governance controls.

Enterprise Integration

Design API-based integrations with enterprise platforms.

Establish event-driven architecture standards.

Build integration patterns for AWS, ServiceNow, Azure, monitoring platforms, and operational systems.

Governance & Observability

Define AI governance controls.

Establish observability frameworks for automations and AI agents.

Define security, compliance, and auditability requirements.

Leadership

Lead architecture review boards.

Mentor engineering teams.

Guide solution delivery from concept through production.
