Job Summary**

The Lead Assembler at is responsible for guiding a team of assemblers in the efficient and accurate production of electronic components and systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. This role involves both hands-on assembly work and leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities**

• * Lead and motivate a team of assemblers to meet daily production targets and quality objectives.
• * Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior assemblers on assembly techniques, safety procedures, and quality control.
• * Perform complex assembly tasks, including reading blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• * Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
• * Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions.
• * Maintain accurate production records and report on team performance.
• * Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
• * Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed by the team.
• * Assist with inventory management related to assembly components.
• * Operate and maintain various assembly tools and equipment.

Job Qualifications**

• * High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
• * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronic assembly or a similar manufacturing role.
• * Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within an assembly environment.
• * Strong understanding of electronic components, assembly techniques, and quality control procedures.
• * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
• * Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• * Proficiency with basic computer applications for data entry and reporting.
• * Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
