GoComet is the AI-Native Platform for Global Trade. We help enterprise teams take control of logistics from planning to payment. Nova, our execution and automation layer, connects systems, people and workflows to move work forward. As we scale our enterprise AI-native business, design will shape how customers understand, experience and trust our platform. This role will establish a consistent enterprise design standard and build the systems that help teams execute quickly across channels.

The role

We’re looking for an experienced designer who can think strategically, build reusable systems and deliver high-quality work at speed. You’ll own a consistent design experience across our website, product interfaces, social media, campaigns, sales collateral, events and video. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, engineering, sales and leadership, balancing creative direction with daily execution across multiple projects.

What you’ll own

● Brand and design systems: Build and maintain visual foundations, components, templates and guidelines that teams can use consistently.

● Web and product design: Create responsive websites, landing pages, interfaces and workflows with clear hierarchy and thoughtful interactions.

● Visual communication: Translate complex products and business ideas into clear, compelling stories for enterprise audiences.

● Marketing execution: Deliver social content, campaigns, decks, reports, sales collateral, event assets and print-ready artwork.

● Video and motion: Take product explainers, launch videos and campaign content from concept and storyboard through animation, editing and finishing.

● AI-assisted production: Use AI for exploration, imagery, video and production, applying strong design judgment to refine and finish the output.

● Team enablement: Create reusable AI skills, custom assistants, prompts and templates using Claude and ChatGPT, helping others apply brand guidelines and proven approaches consistently.

● Cross-functional delivery: Clarify briefs, explain decisions, manage feedback and collaborate through final implementation.

● Speed and scale: Prioritizes parallel requests, estimate effort, reuse intelligently and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.

What we’re looking for

● 8+ years of relevant design experience in product companies, SaaS businesses or enterprise technology.

● A strong portfolio spanning brand and visual design, websites, product interfaces, and video or motion.

● Experience building design systems and templates adopted by other people and teams.

● Excellent fundamentals in typography, layout, colour, composition, interaction and storytelling.

● Audience-first thinking: Ability to connect design decisions to business objectives and intended actions.

● Demonstrated ownership from an ambiguous brief to finished production.

● Clear communication and experience working with multiple stakeholders.

● Evidence of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

● A bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, visual communication, interaction design, HCI or a closely related discipline.

Tools and practical skills

● Figma : Components, auto layout, shared libraries, responsive design and prototyping.

● Adobe Creative Cloud : Strong proficiency in relevant applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.

● ChatGPT and Claude: Practical use for research, ideation, problem-solving, creative execution and reusable team resources.

● AI image and video generation: Ability to direct, evaluate and refine generated assets into finished work.

● Motion and video production: Strong animation, editing, pacing, transitions and finishing skills.
