At Norfolk Kitchen & Bath, we're hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter / Cabinet Installer who takes pride in quality work, solves problems, and leads by example.

If you're the carpenter everyone turns to when the job gets tough, we want to meet you!

Earn a $1,500 sign-on bonus after completing 90 consecutive days of employment. Company eligibility requirements, terms, and conditions apply.

What You'll Do

Lead cabinet, countertop, and finish carpentry installations
Ensure precision, quality, and exceptional craftsmanship
Read blueprints, layouts, and measurements
Troubleshoot installation challenges
Mentor and guide other carpenters
Work closely with Project Managers and Designers
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional jobsite

Requirements

10+ years of carpentry or cabinet installation experience
Strong custom cabinetry and finish carpentry skills
Leadership and problem-solving experience
Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
