Aurecon is looking for a Lead Consultant, Digital Management to help shape the delivery of some of Australia's most significant and complex projects. From major Defence infrastructure, hospitals, stadiums, airports, and data centres, you'll lead the digital strategies, systems and processes that help multidisciplinary teams deliver at their best.

This is more than a BIM role. You'll work directly with clients, project directors, design managers and technical leaders to drive digital delivery, improve project performance, establish governance frameworks and influence how major projects are delivered across their lifecycle.

What you will do

As a Lead Consultant, Digital Management, you'll play a key role in establishing and delivering digital management, BIM and information management requirements across major multidisciplinary projects. You will be responsible for:

• •Leading digital delivery, BIM and information management strategies across major building and infrastructure projects.
• •Developing practical project frameworks, execution plans and delivery processes.
• •Providing digital leadership and governance across multidisciplinary teams.
• •Establishing and managing BIM, information management and coordination requirements.
• •Driving improvements through digital engineering, automation, data and emerging technologies.
• •Working directly with clients and project leaders to solve complex delivery challenges.
• •Mentoring and developing Digital Delivery practitioners.
• •Helping grow Aurecon's Digital Delivery capability across South Australia and Victoria.

What you'll bring

• •7+ years of experience across Digital Management, Digital Engineering, BIM or Information Management within the engineering, design, construction or infrastructure sectors.
• •Proven experience leading digital delivery across major multidisciplinary projects in a consulting, design, construction or infrastructure environment.
• •Strong understanding of ISO 19650, information management principles, BIM governance and Common Data Environments.
• •Experience developing and implementing Digital Engineering Execution Plans, BIM Execution Plans and digital delivery frameworks.
• •Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with clients, Project Directors, Design Managers and technical leaders.
• •Experience leading digital coordination, governance and information management across complex project environments.
• •Experience with platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, ProjectWise, Aconex or similar.
• •Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring and developing Digital Delivery or BIM professionals.
• •Experience across Defence, healthcare, major buildings, aviation, sports infrastructure or data centres will be highly regarded.
