Role Overview As a Lead Data Scientist, you will spearhead the development and deployment of enterprise AI systems with an emphasis on Generative AI, Agentic workflows, and Natural Language Processing. You will design end-to-end architectures utilizing state-of-the-art transformer models, advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and high-performance API services.

• •Architect and deliver production-ready Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, Advanced RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.

Build autonomous multi-agent systems and applications incorporating Agentic AI concepts.

Implement semantic search and retrieval systems using leading vector databases alongside LangChain and LlamaIndex frameworks.

Develop and optimize machine learning, deep learning architectures, NLP models, and OCR processing pipelines.

Build robust, scalable backend microservices and APIs using Python FastAPI with SDA-based implementations.

Deploy, manage, and scale AI/ML workloads across enterprise cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Technical Expertise:

Large Language Models & Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LLMs, Advanced RAG architectures, NLP, transformer models, and LangChain.

Agentic AI: Demonstrated practical knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, tooling, and real-world implementations.

GenAI Ecosystem: Deep understanding of Generative AI models (such as ChatGPT, LLaMA 2, GANs, VAEs, and transformers) coupled with vector databases and LlamaIndex.

Core Data Science & ML: Solid foundation in machine learning algorithms, deep learning architecture design, NLP, and OCR.

API & Backend Development: Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI, including SDA-based implementations for API integration.

Cloud Deployment: Proven expertise in deploying and serving AI models on major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.

Educational Qualification: BE, B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc degree holders only.

Current Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates actively serving notice period.
