• As a Lead Engineer – DevOps, DevSecOps & Cloud Operations, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and supporting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platforms, deployment pipelines, release processes, security controls, and operational excellence initiatives for software products and platforms.
• The role requires strong hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, production operations, monitoring, observability, and DevSecOps practices. You will work closely with Software Development, Quality Assurance, Product Engineering, Architecture, and Operations teams to ensure secure, reliable, scalable, and efficient software delivery.
• In addition to technical execution, you will provide technical guidance to engineering teams, promote DevOps and DevSecOps best practices, support cloud operational excellence, and drive automation, reliability, security, and continuous improvement initiatives across the software delivery lifecycle.
• This role supports product development and digital transformation initiatives for Marmon Foodservice Technologies through Marmon GIC.

Mandatory Skills:

6 – 8 years of overall experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud and DevOps practices.

Strong experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines using:

Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.

Monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure operational continuity and service reliability.

Support incident management, root cause analysis, service restoration, and problem management activities.

Drive platform reliability improvements through automation, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.

Participate in production support and critical issue resolution activities.

Release & Deployment Management

Support release planning, deployment coordination, and production rollout activities.

Ensure smooth promotion of software across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

Participate in release readiness reviews and post-release support activities.

Collaborate with software development and QA teams to resolve deployment and release challenges.

Drive continuous improvements in release quality, deployment automation, and operational stability.
