Lead Frontend Engineer

What you will be doing

• •Lead technical strategy and architecture for scalable CMS applications, establishing performance foundations for large-scale projects
• •Drive frontend infrastructure optimization and Core Web Vitals improvements across multiple products
• •Oversee code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and maintainability
• •Communicate technical concepts and progress effectively to product owners and non-technical stakeholders
• •Continuously optimize development processes and workflows to enhance team productivity
• •Collaborate with remote product management teams to deliver customer-facing web applications

What we are looking for

• •Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js with App Router
• •Extensive experience with internationalization (i18n) lifecycle for large-scale applications, including integration with translation management systems like Crowdin
• •Proficiency with monorepo tools such as NX or Turborepo
• •Experience integrating third-party APIs, analytics, and A/B testing solutions
• •Proven track record with SEO optimizations and PageSpeed improvements (CLS, INP, etc.)
• •Strong UI/UX skills with Figma and building responsive, consumer-facing web applications
