Your Mission

As a Lead Graduate, you will embark on a transformative 2-year journey and join a dynamic group of ambitious graduates, bringing diverse perspectives and a shared passion to learn, grow, and shape the future.

What will you be doing?

On our Lead Graduate Track, you won't just be observing – you'll be actively involved in driving our business forward. This fast-paced program will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and network to become a future leader within Vopak's operations related functions, contributing to our global success and your own professional growth.

This two-year programme is designed to develop Vopak’s future leaders through structured job rotations and tailored training. You will gain hands-on experience by rotating through departments including Operations and Maintenance across our four terminals (Jurong Island and Sebarok Island).

Does this sound like you?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines (e.g. Chemical, Mechanical, Process, Sustainable Energy) or a related field

Less than 2 years of professional experience

Proactive approach to learning, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical/problem-solving abilities to thrive in diverse teams

Ambitious and driven graduates with a passion for making an impact

Preferably held leadership roles in extracurriculars (e.g., student associations)
