Holbrook Heating, Inc. is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing Albany Capital Region team!

Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
Install furnaces, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment.
Supervise, train, and mentor installation helpers.
Ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide effective solutions.
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
Communicate effectively with customers, management, and team members.

Requirements

Qualifications

Previous residential HVAC installation experience required.
Experience as a Lead Installer preferred.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation procedures.
Ability to work independently and lead an installation team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
