What You’ll Be Doing

As a Lead Journeyman Plumber Foreman , you’ll lead crews and ensure the successful installation of commercial plumbing systems from the ground up. In addition, you'll play a key role in responding to commercial plumbing service calls , providing rapid and effective solutions when clients need us most.

Your responsibilities will include:

• •Supervising and leading a team of 2–4 apprentices on commercial new construction and retrofit projects
• •Coordinating installations to meet project timelines and quality standards
• •Responding to scheduled or emergency commercial plumbing service calls as needed
• •Ensuring all plumbing work meets industry codes and best practices
• •Inspecting installations and troubleshooting potential issues before they become problems
• •Working alongside contractors to streamline project execution
• •Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations

What You Bring to the Table

• •6–8 years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2–4 years in a Lead / Foreman role
• •Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License & Texas Med Gas Endorsement required
• •Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team effectively
• •Deep knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques
• •Flexibility and readiness to take on commercial service calls in addition to project-based work
• •Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
• •Commitment to safety & compliance with all local and state regulations
• •Willingness to travel occasionally ( All travel expenses covered )
• •Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• •Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
