What You’ll Do:

• •Respond quickly to emergency calls—no two days are the same
• •Extract water, clean smoke/fire damage, remediate mold, and restore structures
• •Document everything clearly for our estimators and clients
• •Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• •Provide empathetic, reassuring customer service when people need it most
• •Maintain equipment and vehicles—always ready for go-time
• •Be on-call for rotating emergency response shifts
• •Support and mentor newer technicians
• •Embrace safety—PPE always provided and required

What You Bring to the Team:

• •Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• •Physically able to lift/move 5–100 lbs and work in tough environments (heat, cold, confined spaces)
• •Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• •Team player mindset with strong communication skills
• •Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
