Description

• •Serve as a resource to help team members be successful in their roles.
• •Communicate scheduled tasks to employees and monitor progress.
• •Work with management to ensure all projects are being completed efficiently and according to schedule.
• •Ensure that team members complete tasks in accordance with company’s quality, production,
• •and safety standards.
• •Trouble-shoot and resolve problems as necessary; communicate appropriately with affected
• •team members and departments.
• •Construct electrical panel boxes by assembling wiring, switches, and cables.
• •Perform inventory control functions to ensure sufficient supplies to complete projects
• •Label and test electrical equipment.
• •Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Skills & Abilities:

• •Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
• •Use of logic and reasoning in daily decision-making and problem-solving.
• •Highly organized with attention to detail.
• •Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• •Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• •Understanding of fundamentals of electronics.
• •Knowledge of measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.

Education & Experience:

• •High school diploma or equivalent required.
• •Three years of experience in related field required.
• •Industrial wiring experience required.
• •Experience with OSHA safety requirements preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• •Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
• •Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
