Lead Product Manager, Agentic Personalization

• This is a founding product leadership opportunity focused on creating a new generation of AI-powered personalization for web and mobile experiences.
• You will define a product that enables enterprise teams to automate audience selection, content creation, experimentation, and optimization through intelligent agents.
• The role combines zero-to-one product development, technical strategy, customer discovery, and commercial ownership.
• You will work directly with senior leadership while partnering closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
• A key focus will be designing agent workflows that balance autonomous execution with appropriate human oversight and trust.
• You will help establish product-market fit, shape the roadmap, and connect product decisions directly to revenue and growth objectives.
