Develop and maintain onboarding plans, readiness criteria, dependency tracking, and risk management activities for channel implementation efforts.

Lead cross-functional coordination activities to prepare channels for successful launch and adoption of NBA capabilities.

Partner with business stakeholders to support testing, validation, and readiness activities prior to production deployment.

Ensure operational, business, and technical requirements are satisfied before launch and facilitate a successful transition to ongoing operations.
