• This is a senior product leadership role focused on transforming customer experiences through enterprise EMR integrations, with a primary focus on Epic.
• You will define multi-year product strategy and guide investments that embed genetic testing into clinical workflows in intuitive, scalable, and clinically meaningful ways.
• The role spans product strategy, customer experience, interoperability, workflow transformation, portfolio planning, and measurable business outcomes.
• You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Commercial, Operations, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders to turn complex needs into high-value solutions.
• A significant part of the role involves shaping interoperability capabilities across HL7, FHIR, APIs, discrete data exchange, and broader EMR ecosystems.
• You will also engage directly with strategic customers, clinicians, and health systems to understand challenges and influence future product direction.
• As a hands-on product leader and mentor, you will strengthen product management practices while driving meaningful improvements in adoption, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and clinical workflows.
