  • Lead, Product Owner – RGM & Sales Digital Transformation at a Glance….
  • As the Product Owner, RGM & Sales Digital Transformation, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering the RGM Tech Strategy and Digital Roadmap. You will own the Assortment and Price Pack Architecture (PPA) product domain while ensuring it connects seamlessly with Pricing, Promotion, consumption and demand intelligence, and the broader Integrated RGM ecosystem. The role will translate business priorities into scalable digital products, data capabilities and AI-enabled decision support that drive sustainable category growth, not a narrow margin or market-share outcome. Working across business and technology, you will help enable our four-layer analytics strategy: a governed enterprise data foundation; specialized intelligence and agents; an Integrated RGM Orchestrator that evaluates trade-offs across RGM levers; and an always-on KHAI (Kraft Heinz Artificial Intelligence) experience that supports persona-specific missions and end-to-end enterprise decisions. You will define the product vision and roadmap, manage dependencies and strategic partnerships, ensure high-quality requirements and delivery, and remain accountable for adoption, business value and measurable category-growth outcomes.

What’s on the menu?

  • Shape and communicate the product strategy, vision and multi-year roadmap for Assortment and PPA as an integral part of the enterprise RGM Tech Strategy and Digital Roadmap
  • Partner closely with the Pricing Product Lead and Promotion Product Lead to bring Integrated RGM thinking to the organization, ensuring decisions consider cross-lever dependencies, trade-offs and combined category impact
  • Deliver the Assortment and PPA roadmap from strategy through production, including scalable capabilities such as category and customer assortment optimization, geospatial opportunity identification, and AI-enabled recommendations
  • Enable the four-layer analytics strategy by connecting governed enterprise data, specialized intelligence and agents, the Integrated RGM Orchestrator, and the KHAI experience into a coherent end-to-end decision journey
  • Help realize KHAI as the end-state enterprise experience, enabling persona-specific missions and connecting Integrated RGM decisions with Sales, Category Leadership, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain business routines
  • Define success measures and remain accountable for adoption, decision quality and measurable category-growth outcomes, alongside product-specific operational and financial KPIs
  • Translate user, customer and market needs into prioritized product capabilities, user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements, maintaining a delivery-ready backlog three to four sprints ahead
  • Manage dependencies across RGM products, data foundations, agents and enterprise platforms, and build effective partnerships across business, technology, data science, design and external solution providers
  • Lead product discovery, release planning, stakeholder alignment, weekly demonstrations and feedback loops to ensure the roadmap delivers value iteratively and at scale

Integrate user research, usability testing and adoption insights into product decisions to create intuitive, trusted and customer-driven experiences

Recipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you!

  • 4+ years of experience in RGM, Sales, Category Leadership, Marketing, digital product management or related transformation roles
  • Experience working with Agile Pod structure to develop product pipeline and deliver the end goal
  • Strong understanding of RGM and category-growth levers, including pricing, promotion, assortment and PPA, with the ability to connect them into integrated commercial decisions
  • Relevant depth in assortment, category and customer strategy; experience making strategic category, customer or portfolio decisions for brands or retailers is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to turn enterprise strategy into a sequenced product roadmap and deliver digital capabilities across business, technology, data, design and analytics teams
  • Experience with digital products, advanced analytics and AI, including product vision, requirements, adoption and value realization
  • Able to effectively work with business functions to translate business / user needs into tech requirements
  • Understanding of governed data foundations, optimization models, AI agents and orchestration patterns across complex enterprise data and decision systems
  • Strong stakeholder leadership, communication and influencing skills, supported by sufficient technical fluency, such as working knowledge of data products
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, analytics or technical field; master’s degree preferred
