  • The Lead Protection and Control Technician will play a critical role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and performance of electrical substations and power grid infrastructure.
  • This position focuses on commissioning, testing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing complex protective relays and control systems.
  • You will work with advanced protection technologies, including microprocessor and electromechanical relays, SCADA systems, and substation automation equipment.
  • As a technical leader, you will coordinate field activities, oversee commissioning assignments, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • The role also involves providing technical guidance, mentoring junior technicians, and supporting field service teams on complex engineering challenges.
  • Working across indoor and outdoor environments, you will collaborate with utility clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable power infrastructure solutions.
